- Payments are handled by Gumroad. We never see or store your full card details.
- If you buy, we receive your name, email and order details so we can deliver the toolkit and support you.

1. Who we are
The Calm Home Toolkit is operated by Sandy Rafael Reynoso Encarnacion, trading as The Calm Home Toolkit ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website or buy The Calm Home ADHD Toolkit, and how it is used. Questions? Email calmhometoolkit@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
When you buy. Checkout is provided by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Gumroad collects your name, email address, billing country/ZIP and payment details to process the order and calculate sales tax. Gumroad shares with us your name, email address, order number and the product purchased. We do not receive or store your full card number.
When you contact us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
When you browse. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the services that deliver our fonts and styling (Google Fonts and the Tailwind CSS CDN) may automatically receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to deliver the page. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.
3. How we use your information
- To deliver the toolkit and send purchase-related emails (receipts, download links)
- To answer your questions and process refund requests
- To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We will only send you marketing emails if you have opted in, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run this store: Gumroad (payments, tax and file delivery), our website host, and our email provider. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support and to meet tax and accounting requirements (typically up to 7 years), and support emails for up to 2 years. After that, we delete or anonymize them.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California and other US states with privacy laws, or the European Economic Area), you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time
- Not be treated differently for exercising these rights
To make a request, email calmhometoolkit@gmail.com from the address you used to purchase. We'll respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Children's privacy
This website and the toolkit are intended for parents and caregivers. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International transfers
Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, they use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
