1. About these terms
These Terms of Sale apply when you buy The Calm Home ADHD Toolkit (the "Toolkit") from Sandy Rafael Reynoso Encarnacion, trading as The Calm Home Toolkit ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. Your order is processed by Gumroad, our merchant of record, and their checkout terms also apply to the payment itself.
2. The product
The Toolkit is a digital product: a 12-page PDF in US Letter size, including printable checklists, scripts and worksheets. Nothing is shipped. The contents are described on our product page.
3. Price, payment and taxes
The price is shown in US dollars on the product page and at checkout. Payment is a single, one-time charge; there are no recurring fees. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by Gumroad at checkout.
4. Delivery
After payment you'll receive immediate access to download the PDF, plus an email receipt with a download link. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or email calmhometoolkit@gmail.com and we'll send it again.
5. Your license to use the Toolkit
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download, view and print the Toolkit for use within your own household. You may print as many copies as your family needs.
You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or publish the Toolkit or any part of it (including on websites, social media, file-sharing services or school/clinic portals), or claim it as your own. Teachers, therapists or organizations who want to use it with multiple families should contact us about a group license. All content remains the property of Sandy Rafael Reynoso Encarnacion.
6. Educational purpose only, not medical advice
The Toolkit provides general educational information and practical parenting strategies. It is not medical, psychological, or behavioral treatment, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent ADHD or any other condition. It does not replace advice from your child's pediatrician, therapist, or another qualified professional. Always use your own judgment about what is safe and appropriate for your child. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911.
7. No guaranteed results
Every child and family is different. Results depend on many factors, including consistent use, and we cannot promise any specific outcome.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Toolkit is provided "as is," and our total liability for any claim related to it is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
