Refund Policy

1. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We want the Toolkit to make your days a little calmer. If it isn't useful for your family, you can get a full refund of the price you paid, as long as you ask within 30 days of your purchase date.

2. How to request a refund

1. Email calmhometoolkit@gmail.com from the email address you used at checkout.
2. Include your order number (it's in your Gumroad receipt). If you can't find it, just tell us the date of purchase.
3. You don't need to explain why. Feedback is welcome but optional.

3. What happens next

We'll reply and process your refund within 3 business days of your request. Refunds are issued through Gumroad, our payment provider, back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the money to appear in your account.

After a refund, the download link for your order is deactivated. We kindly ask that you delete any copies you downloaded or printed.

4. After 30 days

Because the Toolkit is a digital product you can keep and print immediately, requests made more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible for a refund. If something is wrong with your file (for example, it won't open or download), contact us at any time and we'll fix it.

5. Duplicate or accidental purchases

Bought it twice by mistake? Email us and we'll refund the duplicate order, regardless of the date.
